I recently filed a complaint with BBB because they claim I owe them $317.
I printed the the cashed check receipts from the bank and sent them the copies that clearly stated that the checks were submitted for utilities but no credit was given.
They instead lied to the BBB and said they were working with me but I never heard a thing from, instead they sent it to a collection agency.
Avoid the headache and skip this place.
Besides, the place is at least 40 years old, the ac unit in my unit was as old the complex, the style is out dated and there were a lot of empty units when I moved in September.
There were at least 7 outside my back door that sat vacant for over a year.
I never had to deal with a company that size who kept poor records.

did it ever occur to you that they may be keeping your money. there is no electric company there, they are on the old water cooled system from the 50's.
