The apartments are fair, and the rent is good considering the area. However, the maintenance staff doesn't speak ANY english, which makes communication impossible for many. The office staff is reasonable, however they take liberations with the lease. Things that are not explicitly forbidden in the lease are still restricted by act of the apartment manager through a couple of vague clauses. This is illegal, however if you want to have your lease renewed, you are stuck.
There is frequent and constant noise, especially in the morning. They are constantly powerwashing the sidewalks (why') and the maintenance staff has entered our apartment without permission and has also done work while we weren't home and not left notification. They also spray caustic chemicals around without notification or reason. I was driven out of our apartment once.
We also have had thousands of dollars worth of damage done to vehicles while parked in the covered parking. Sadly it is safter to park on the street.
It is also obvious that they only put a coat of paint on the walls and replaced the carpet when we moved in. All in all a mediocre place. We are considering moving when our lease is up.
