I have been at Normandy Woods since August now and I really like it. The very first day I moved in a box was stolen from the back of my pickup truck, I was unloading the last load at 2AM Saturday. I know it was kids because about 5 of them were loitering by the side gate. I was upset but I filed a police report and they moved out. Ever since they moved out everything has been quiet and you don't have to worry about anything anymore. There is only 1 person that seems like he is up to no good that stays in the center, first floor, he walks strange and has a very blank stare.

The only thing I don't like is I feel like there is segregation because the 1BR are on one side and 2BR are on the other. This means 1BR side is always empty outside, 2BR has kids playing outside and a playground. The water is clean, pressure is strong, no roaches or rats, the trash dumpster is replaced every morning, lighting is ample on every building, overall everything is good enough for me.

I'm glad that you are enjoying your new home at Normandy Woods. Like yourself, I too enjoyed it until some young kids moved in near my apartment that seem to be involved in selling narcotics. For the safety of my children, I felt that I had no choice but to move out. I also agree that it is pretty quiet, there are no roaches or rats, the water pressure is nice and the water is always clear, and the property is pretty much clean. The office staff is professional, and the maintenance staff is good and seem to know what they are doing most of the time. I want to also inform you that every now and then cars are broken into so please try not to leave valuables in your car. Overrall Normandy Woods is a good property for the price.
