I lived here for about 6 months in a downstairs appartment. There were a ton of ants, many physical problems with the appartment, and a ton of broken down cars in the parking lot. I swiched appartments about halfway through my lease to an upstairs 2 bedroom, and I had to tell managment about six times that i was leaving on a certian day. In fact, the managment went so far as to come into my house, TWICE, without knocking, and unlocking the door with their key!! It was an invasion of privacy.
