Worst rental experience ever! From: Regina_Williams2@sbcglobal.net Date posted: 9/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Management doesn't care about what happens on their property. My car broken into twice! My guests car vandalized! Management refused to keep gates working properly and keep property well-lit. Claimed to have "courtesy officers" on property, but neither I nor any of my neighbors had seen any. The sliding doors in front of the washer and dryer are old and keep falling off. Once I saw a gang fight right down the street on Parramatta! I called 911 and the operator asked me if any of them had guns, well, I didn't stick around to find out, I kept driving! The parking was horrendous, and I always found myself rushing home to find a decent parking spot where I could look out the window and see my car. Terrible place. Don't waste time even looking here.
