North Park Crossing Apartments

Horrible Place to Live even if you are in a Bind From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   My husband and I moved in on April 7th 2006. Our cars have been towed on three different occasions, the apartment is infested with roaches. They fall on us while we are sleeping. You can hear a conversation in the other apartments adjacent to you. The office staff is horrible. The washer in our unit was leaking from the bottom, I told them about it, the maintainence guy came to check it out and said that it belonged to someone other than the complex, so they had to call someone else. Then, whomever checked it out, told me that the washer was not leaking and that i was putting too much clothes. I tried using it again and water still came from under the washer. On top of that the second person that checked it out, used my personal materials to leave me a note!!! Personally I think that is outrageous. The lease says that the cars registered with them are to be park in designated parking areas, but they towed my car away that was registered when i signed my lease. When I complained about it, the person in the office told me that because the permit was not on it, it had to be towed!!! I asked to speak to the manager and she said that manager was not there. After talking to her for a few minutes, the manager comes out of her office and stands there listening to our conversation and says nothing!!! They say heaven and hell is right here on earth. Well I think that North Park Crossings is one of the hells right here on earth. GHETTO. Oh yeah, one saturday night after coming home from work late, There were 3 males smoking marijuana on their patio, my husband had to come outside to walk me to my own apartment. And not to mention the maintainence guy that walks around with a shopping cart that contains his tools and the other that walks around with his belongings on a dolly and a garbage can. Some people would just creep you out, especially single women living with little children or even by themselves. I would not recommend this place if my life depended on it.
