it's a nightmare. The only thing that rocks is maintenance.

I guess your standards of very good are different than mine or like me when I first moved in you are in denial. This place is scary because of the people that are around there. It;s not just the apartment, it is the whole area. To tell you the truth the whole north side sucks now. I live in west Houston and love it. Funny the racial makeup is the same, it's just better people.
