Needs Improvement From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The basic set up of the apartment is nice, some of the units can be a little small but it depends on your price range. When I was there the staff was horrible. I had problems with my AC continuously and my electric bill averaged about $180 for a small one bedroom. They say the apartments are energy efficient but the energy company said it wasn't. I was not happy for the amount of money I paid. Also, that big hole in the middle of the apartment wasn't suppose to be there, when I first leased they told me it was going to be a man made lake-- Ha yeah right, it's a big hole of dirt!!!
