These comments seem to be polar opposites. I wonder who is doing the good reviews. We lived there for 2 years. When we first moved in they were having trouble with the wiring. That was fixed, but we still had trouble every time we turned the vacumn or iron on. The front gates are constantly broken. The gym is TINY...Two treadmills (one of which is usually broken), two exercise bikes, one eliptical, and a nautilus machine. The pool is nice, but small for the size of the complex. If there is a large family or group out there (which always seems to be the case) you really can't enjoy yourself. Never a problem getting a lounge chair though. Nice volleyball court and putting green. I also was told that giant hole was going to be a lake, but now it is just a swamp. I can see what others are saying about the shoddy workmanship. There were lots of corners cut, but its an apartment. You aren't buying the place so you live with some of the problems. The office staff was only marginal.
Even with all those problems, it isn't a bad place to live. It was clean and safe. Now that the rent is higher, I don't know if there is a better deal out there. One thing I did like is that it is off 1960 about a block which makes it quieter and safer.
