Can't wait to move out! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/7/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I've lived here for almost a year and I'm chomping at the bit to get out of here! The maintenence guy is slower than molasses in January and I had a huge crack in my door frame to my balcony and he said IT WAS FINE. There was at least an inch gap letting air and bugs move freely in and out of my apartment. Only after I called corporate, did they finally do something...he put that one sided stripping tape and didn't even reline my door. Oh, and he can't re-caulk a bathtub to save his life. The gates are always broken and ever since this has become common, we've had break-ins galore. I do not feel comfortable being here by myself and do not venture out after dark unless my boyfriend is with me. I've had ant problems for a while and they always give me the same story "bug guy sprays on Thursday". Don't like the new management at all. They sure do give you a smile when turn in the rent check but then it's like you're wasting their time when you tell them that some random person bangs on your door at 2 in the morning. Run, don't walk from this place. There are better places to live.
