Stay away!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   When we first moved in the staff was very friendly and attentive to the problems in and around the apartment. For whatever reason, they fired all of those staffs and the horror begins. The news staffs did not care at all. We had horrible ant problems. We told the new staff, they stated the maintenance guys will come and take a look by thursday. Thursday came and it was late afternoon so we called the office to make sure someone was coming to look at the problem. They were very rude and stated "It's only 3PM!" The day went and no one showed up. We called them the next day and the were extremely rude. At one time the water smell horrible and we called the staff to ask why. They very rudely stated they were working on the water pump or something of that sort and hung up on us. I have had enough of this crap and will break my contract. That is how bad this place is!! These new staffs every lies to prospect tenant. I recently met a lady who moved just moved in stated that the staff lied to her about having a garage for her. She specifically told them prior that she ABSOLUTELY have to have a garage b/c she have a lot of furnitures. They assured her of it and after she moved in, they told her that there were no garage. Now she's stuck with a small apartment with no place to put all of her furnitures! The apartment itself is very poorly built as well. We want to be considerate since we have to infant and thus chose a first floor. We hear every single foot step from upstairs. Whenever upstairs show, we hear water coming down the pipes and sound like there may be some back-flush due to the sound. We hear clearly when people walk by and talk outside our window. There seems to be some college kids who live here and every weekend, they are loud until 3 or 4 AM.
