If you are looking for a nice apartment complex that has staff that is friendly and attentive, don't even think of coming here. When I first moved in last year, the staff was excellent, friendly, and easy to talk to. Now, they are dreadful. There is one girl that is pretty cool, but the other two are horrible. Too, bad I don't know their names, because I try my hardest to stay out of the office. The staff is rude and I can't even believe that they are still employed. Here are just a few of the problems that I have experienced this year:
-They made a big fuss because I wanted to have a receipt when I paid my rent.
-When I do come in and use the business center I can openly hear them talking about other tenants negatively.
-They still haven't responded to a maintenance request that I made 10 months ago.
-The pool is not always clean.
-I was shown a movie theatre as an apartment perk and have never been able to use it. It was actually shut down for about 6 months.
-Most horribly, the apartment manager, short blonde hair... total B#@*H!!!!! who always gives me attitude was in the office by herself one day... I actually witnessed her give out the keys to an apartment to some people that wanted to look at a two bedroom..."she told them to drive down there, take a look, and come back and ask her any questions" all because she was too lazy to shut down the club house for 5 minutes and give them a tour on her own. I couldn't believe it, some kind of customer service!
If you are looking at these apartments and are interested, please!please!please! Don't do it... save yourself the horrible nightmare of a year this has been and look elsewhere. Trust me there are other apartments out there that are much better options!
