Stay Far away from any Greystone Mang. Property!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Well were to start first, we pick this complex about 2 years ago. For the same reason as most of the families have. It's new nice and close to work and the city. Well since we moved in there has been 3 different managment teams here. Each time they Manger and team get worst with there attiudes have gotten worst towards the residents of the complex. About close to a year ago we and 6 other aparts were rob during the day while we were all at work. Myself basically lost everything of value, lucky we had Renters Ins. But the major problem was the complex management didn't want to do anything about helping and it took 2 1/2 weeks to fix our door and everyone else. The apartsments were unsecured while we were home and away from our homes. We have had a number of vehicle break-in's. We have requested for work to be done in the apartment and things have never been done. The pool has also never really been kept up and this week we can't use it over the holiday due to it being green. The hot tub hasn't worked for more then a week since we moved here. And let's not even go to the threater room. That was it in a robbery and well Greystone Mang. pocketed the insurance money and never replaced anything. So we are paying for things that we can't even use. And when you talk to the Manger Wendy, she always has some smart *ss committ and basically looks down on you because your in an apartment. Basically we are sum to her. But she forgets were her pay check comes from. Now if your really looking at moving here, don't... You will love the apartments, but you will hate the managment team and the lease contracts are just messed up. Please just thinking about moving here. Intill the owner of the complex removes Greystone Management this complex will never truely be home for any of us residents.....
