I have been here for years and this is the bottom line...
This AREA is unsafe. There are bums everywhere. My car got stolen from this complex when I first moved here. There is not much the office can do about crime in the area unless cameras are installed all throughout the property and there is an actual security guard paid to patrol the area. They don't even have emergency maintnance on the weekends so I know that's not going to happen. I would not lease here again, knowing what I know. I also know that there are several people living in apartments where only 2 adults should be and nothing is done about it. Finally letters were sent out about the pit bulls running without leashes and the dog crap everywhere. I am so over this place. I feel sorry for the people I see coming in to inquire about moving here. I just want to shake them and say NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

I lived at Northbrooke for about 2 1/2 years. The dog crap was nasty and always all over the place, but everytime I called it was cleaned up. They definitely do need to make sure they have on call maintenance which I know I called several times on the weekend and I was told no one would be out Monday which was BS because my a/c was leaking. The girls in the office we ok for the most part they at least tried to handle every situation, but your right unless cameras are installed you will never be able to stop criminals. But then again criminals are everywhere and there is no way cameras will stop them. I would give it a thumbs up to live here. Just a little work needs to be done.

northbrooke has always had 24 hr. emergancy maintenance, but only for sertant things.
