This is Andrea the manager and I was just made aware of the comments that have been posted on this website.
I just want to start off by saying that we do the best we can to make everyone happy. I understand that people may have issues with maintenance, staff and crime in the area. I have been in the business for a long time and have always had a hand full of residents that were just never satisfied. I have never claimed to be perfect or that the property was perfect. We all have our "bad" days just like anyone else and all other properties. I sincerely apologize if you have felt mistreated, gossiped about or neglected in anyway. I encourage anyone who is having a problem to come speak to someone in the office and lets try to get these problems resolved. In the past we have had community meetings that allowed all concerned residents to get together and discuss any issues they maybe having. We have stopped the meetings due to no one showing up. We can't begin to fix what is needed if we don't know there is a problem. I understand that everyone has the right to voice their opinion...I just wish you would also voice it to the office instead of just bad mouthing the community and the staff on the internet. The response posted above is totally unnecessary and I hope that we can get these problems resolved like the grown adults that we are.

Ive worked with Andrea before and can say that I would always expect these kinds of comments to be posted about any property that she works at or manages. Its just a shame that the managment company doesnt see it and still thinks that it is other people and employees when really they need a new manager. But props to Andrea for deceiving the company this long and keeping her job as manager.
