While not totally prepared to leave a full review I think it necessary to post a few warnings about this complex to potential residents.

When we initially viewed the apartment we filled out the applications and were given certain information about the apartment and rental garage. Upon moving in this information had changed (including rent amount and location of garage which is completely across the complex from our home and there were no other garages available). The original woman who leased us the apartment had been fired for making several major mistakes. It took 6-7 leases for them to finally get things 'right'. From this time we have had a serious maintenance issue, which was resolved in a reasonable amount of time but created a BIG inconvenience. After multiple discussions with the office staff we were given a credit on the rent for the days it took to resolve the issue.

We were also given a new garage, but given absolutely no notice (they called to find out why we hadn't removed out items in the middle of the afternoon). We were given a hard time about it because they had rented out the unit we were occupying and the other people were scheduled to move in that day. After checking out the other garage we switched, although this garage is still on the other side of the complex. When we expressed our annoyance with this issue we were told that they were doing us a favor by switching us and that this other garage just came open. I will say that we probably weren't the nicest people toward them, but we thought it ridiculous that we were given absolutely no notice that another garage was available and that we were shuffled around so another family could have a garage next to their apartment.

The problem is that the staff has changed so many times no one really knows what is going on. Every time we are in the office there is a new staff member, and they have admitted to us that they are not properly trained. I'm not going to say don't live here, but I would definitely advise you to get everything IN WRITING signed by the apartment MANAGER before you move in.
