This place is a great place but..... (Positives at bottom)

Negatives

I can agree with the other the review that their was a management problem. I moved from NY to an apartment here and the lady that was fired put the wrong smaller apartment on the lease with the higher cost of the larger apartment. Unfortunately, driving back over 1,000 miles was out of the question. I had appliances installed into the wrong apartment and the apartment I wanted was leased out. Yes I should have double checked the apartment number, so please check the apartment number if you decide to move here.

As compensation they decided to give me two free covered parking spots, well because parking is plentiful since it is a new complex. Well guess what, those were two other residents parking spots which pretty much put us in a difficult situation with our neighbors, so we had to move to two further spots.

But like I said one lady caused all the problems and she has been fired for such reasons. Current staff please make sure there is some checks and balances please.

Positives

This community is beautiful. The pool is the best in the area. The fitness center is rarely occupied. The jacuzzi is nice and warm where you can relax in even in the cold. There are also BBQ grills all across the complex. The apartments are great, especially the second floor apartments with the vaulted ceilings, garden tubs and most of the lights have dimmer switches. The price is a little higher for the area, but it is worth it just to have some good class of people. I myself am a young professional engineer making over 60,000. Maintenance request are fulfilled quickly and rent can be paid online using ACH transactions (for the lazy among us). Also, like I said this place is new so you will probably move into an apartment no one has lived in before.

Final Opinion
Love it, recommended it, just check your paperwork and get things in writing.
