I had the same issue as the genleman that was assigned to the wrong apartment. The lady that was fired put me in the wrong apartment and least mine! I had eletrical turned on and was in process of having cable hooked up and found out someone else was trying to have the cable put in the same apartment. It was somewhat of a mess for awhile getting utilities and mail straight but everything is perfect now. The staff is very accommodating and I have had no issues what so ever. The apartments are beautiful and I am extremely happy here.
