I moved to Northchase about 8 months ago and it was decent. Now on a daily basis you have to deal with the gym basically being a day care center because adults bring their kids and babies into the gym with them, a dirty pool (i never see anyone cleaning it and the ground is covered in dirt half the time), dirty people (i have seen dirty diapers, weave, clothes, food, alcohol.. all over the pool area), people smoking cigarettes in the pool, people swimming in the pool in regular clothes, JUST NASTY.
The hot tub I would never step foot in, god only knows what goes in in there.
Not to mention its usually filled with kids and i mean kids like babies.
Management does NOTHING. We have complained to them numerous times and nothing changes. I cannot WAIT TO MOVE OUT OF HERE. I would definately look elsewhere, if you want peace, quiet and cleanliness!!!
I am convinced ANYONE can live here.

I live here and they now have a pool man that cleans the pool at every Monday and Tuesday for sure. I live right by the pool and talk to the pool man all the time. The manager Jaime does care and is very friendly.

You are not paying alot of money to live here so what do you expect management to do, die for your pointless cause? I bet you call dispatch for the trash on the ground don't you? I have seen maintenance cleaning up every morning in the pool area and the gym. The problem is that they only clean once a day. No, the real problem is with the people who live here who always complain, probably part of the problem, and thinks their petty requests should come first.
