I'm one of the first people to move into the apartments, and I did not have any major problems in the beginning. As time went on, I noticed things started to change. I noticed residents not staying a long time , and the quality of people was questionable but I guess management got desperate since it took a while to get to full rental capicity. I guess they were having problems with residents paying their rent on time because there was a drawing to win a gift card if you paid your rent ON TIME for the last two months!!! The grounds was well kept, but is starting to slip, but any maintenence requests I had was quickly responded to. Parking was never a problem for me because of the location of my apt, and just had a few incidence with loud noise/music. Management is okay, but I guess that is to be expected from any apt, at least there is not a revolving door of employees. I do have one suggestion for management, they need to start having activities/functions for residents. Overall, there are decent apts, just hopefully management tries to keep it that way.
