nasty From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   sorry this is the worst place, enen apt finders wont recmd them. moved in maggot in frig had to live with that nasty smell for a few days. stove not working right and new frig wounldnt cls right, guess they werent paying my lights for me. pipes not hooked up,toilet leaks. had to use other knob on kitchen sink to shut off water..guess they aint paying that either.humm..i dont care how long someone has lived there and thift there is the getto is better then this place at least you have warm water and no they never put a notice, like other apt's do to let you knw about the water. and hell aint there pipes always busting, huh. no wonder why MBS property is always getting sued..let them live how we did and maybe maintance wont sit out by their truck all day and only have one man working for a three story apt bld and never did a back ground check or credit check like was to suppose..wounder who be up in that apt bld, not me!! can pay same and get treated better somewhere else..and the bad kids hanging around throwing things and pellet guns , where are the parents cause they sure werent outside with them..hum
