Sorry to tell you... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/18/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004 1 response   This place is terrible. I am not a complainer. I have lived in apartments all my life and have NEVER experienced anything like this. I have lived here for almost 2 years and have had raw sewage all over my back patio at least 3 times (toilet paper, condoms, you name it - it was horrible!). They left it there so long one time I got mold all over the wall in the living room. They say they'll come fix the pipe problem that causes it and clean the mess immediately but I don't see them for days. MAINTENANCE STINKS. My in-laws are apartment managers in Florida and came down for the holidays and they were apalled at the condition of our townhouse. The stair rail is coming off the wall, burner on stove doesn't work, etc. You have to really stay on them. Once a main water line burst in front of our unit and it looked like a volcano of raw sewage, toilet paper, etc. and it stayed there for at least a week. There have been so many problems that there are too many to list. Even the maintenance admits that whoever built these apartments did one horrible job and they are the ones left to fix everything. One of the worst things about living in this area is that Pizza Hut will not deliver at night anymore to this and other surrounding complexes because the drivers kept getting held up at gunpoint! However, I did order online at Pizza Hut and they actually came out which surprised me because if you call they won't.
