HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE TO SCREW IN A LIGHT BULB'

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
Apparently close to 3 weeks if you live here. The laundry room was without lights for about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks.
My next door neighbor would use her garabage disposal and it when she was finished using the her disposal the garbage would back up in to my sink and it took 6 days before maintainence came to unclog my sink and to rid my sink of my neighbor's garabage.
