would not recommend From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I would have to agree with the slowly getting ghetto! along with the fact they they don't keep up with the lawn like they used to and they don't powerwash the sidewalks! they look terrible. Also I didn't know they were trying to put in a wildlife pond/ swamp in the back! There are tons of frogs you feel like you are on national geographic, you see birds and frogs all over the place, along with beer cans and trash! Agreeing with the fact that the air cond. units are loud so are the frogs! they need to do something about that swamp. either drain it or turn it into something else because it is NASTY! Also the staff changes just as frequently as the neighbors. It would be good to have familiar faces around. And to add to this review the new manager is a JERK! He isn't friendly like ------ was or very welcoming. There was a time when people would greet you when you walked in the office, I guess those days went out the door when they started letting just anyone move in on the property.
