Overall, there were a lot of things about the apt I didnt notice at first. Otherwise I would have never leased. Facts: Walls are paper thin, no insulation in the walls. A/C units right outside bedroom window on 1st flr. (Loud) No patio, balcony or any type of outside storage. (Unless you rent a garage) Serious lack of inside storage space. Location is ok but turing left onto jones rd from the complex is dangerous. Built cheap. No insulation = high energy bills. Parking is bad. The complex is in a nice area, and the actual units are fairly new. Better deals elsewhere.
