Just so you know my name is John in building 6. I choose to delete my comment because you replied with managements name which is against the rules and you could be banned from posting comments. I will advise the manager you posted this so just that cna happne. I just wonder have you ever spent any time in the office doing something besides complaining or trying to get your way over mgmt? More than one occasion I have witnessed peole cussing and yelling at the employees that a here to keep our place clean and perform maintenance on our apartmetn. WHich I can say this palce is cleaner than ever. I am sure you can imagine that after being treated like crap all day by your customers a person tends to get sick of it. I persoanlly am glad our staff has a back bone and dont let the bossy people get their way. Its a business to run. Next time you think their rude nasty or that they bite maybe you should ask " what am i asking", to violate your lease probably. just because they dont let you dont mean their rude nasty or that they bite. I am sure if you treat them like a human you will get the same in return, i do. RUn your mouth, yell or cuss at them you probably get it back. their not punching bags their humans. their not here to be the residents friends your their customer that they can remove as such and i am sure they could care a less whether they are liked they dont work for you. if your so unhappy call 1-800-UHAUL. By the way if your smart you will stay off here with your negativity. The management pays a monthly fee to this site and they are advised exactly where and who these comments come from.

As a matter of fact I have not responded to anyone else's reviews of Oak Grove. I wrote MY OPINION with no specific manager's information which I am well within my right to do. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and the three encounters that I've had with the new management since January 2008 have all been terrible, and not because of me. The managers do not care about the residents like it says on the cheesy signs hanging on the entry gates. "Welcome Home" my foot. I am happily moving out and will never recommend anyone to live at Oak Grove. Also, as far as the grounds being clean, If you call empty and broken beer bottles laying in the grass by all the barbecue pits clean, then yes they are superb. If other tenants chose to be stupid and cuss out the manager then that shows their immaturity, but I was not one of those people. Maybe the managers should learn to take that out on someone else rather than other tenants. Their is a way to be strict and uphold the policies of the complex while being professional at the same time. That is something the managers at Oak Grove no nothing about. Like I said I am entitled to my opinion so I could care less if the managers find out who is writing this.
