I currently live at Oak grove and I gotta say it has been a good experience for me personally! I am aware that things happen and I am not saying Oakgrove is perfect but they are far from bad!
The new management team is awesome all of them! and I love sally! not trying to kiss bootie or nothing but these people have always been helpful to me.
I am not renewing my lease because of the school district but not because oakgrove is a bad place.
I think one should take a look and form an opinion for yourself, I went to oakgrove during the day to do my application and came back that night just to see if there was alot of night traffic and to my surprise it was just as peaceful at night as it was during the day
I am an african american female and I have had to endure alot of prejudices in regards to renting apartments, but I feel that the friendlinesss of the staff is comforting .
I dont know what others have experienced but I know breakins every where in every apartment complex and I dont see any where in my lease agreements that say oakgrove is responsibe for adults who choose to break the law.
please consider Oakgrove its a great place to live.

Cy fair is a good school if your the right color research the task test reviews, and did you call the police about your car being broken into because thats the direction you should have went in. I havent seen the lights out in my area so I am not sure about that and every apartment I have lived in there are occasional issues with the gates! but when they are not working sally gets a contractor to come out and fix it I am a tenant I just work and have kids and dont have time to sit around all night and pin point small issues that can be resolved. I am sorry you had a bad experience and I will pray that things get better for you but I cant agree with you.

Tonia I don't need your prayers I am blessed and Highly Favored.The last time I checked car theft is a felony.The lights being out brings criminal mischief.So,I am not staying up all night making big out of small.You have a right to your opinion and I have mine.I lived in Oak Grove for two years.I am now in a new 2600 sgft home.While your still in that apartment that will never be yours.Good Luck
