Yes I went and applied at Oakridge and they told me they needed proof of my employment, they told they would not process my application until I brought my information. Within 30 minutes I decided I didn't want to lease at Oakridge after driving through the property. I went back to the office and told them I didn't want them to process my application and if they could return my $55 that I had given them. The manager assured me that I could get my money back just to come back the next day. I returned the next day for them to tell me that they couldn't return my money back because of the time they had spent showing me an apartment. Well as far as I know I have never been charged an application fee to be shown an apartment. They office staff is rude and unprofessional. And the manager is not backing up what he said about returning my application fee. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone!!
