Lived here for seven years! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2007   I can't say enough about the owner and his staff. All are responsive to and proactive about maintenance issues. The Oaks has seen a great deal of improvement since John purchased it in 2001. It's nice to have the owner on site. He communicates with his tenants and really goes out of his way to make the complex home. If you are looking for a respectable, affordable, well-cared for place to live in the Galleria area, The Oaks is for you! Be aware that tenants are expected to reciprocate the respect and pride in the complex.
