John no longer owns this property- but I agree that he was a sweet talker. Now that Chateau Dijon has taken over as management, not much has changed. While they'll be responsive to maintenance requests, overall the property is not taken care of. If you want to live in a giant cockroach infested apartment, then this is the right place! There are so many trees on the property and it is not properly exterminated therefore all of the roaches seek moisture and cooler temperatures inside your apt! I averaged 5 cockroaches a week at 2 inches long... it was clear the pipes/walls provided gaps/openings for them to get inside. Finally, on my own dollar I had to pay for the services of an external exterminator (the apt. "pest control" is a joke) just to get the problem under control.

Anyone thinking of renting here or at Chateau Dijon should know the both properties will be shut down sometime in 2009 and they WILL NOT TELL YOU WHEN THAT WILL BE! You have been warned!
