I moved in to this complex in 2005-2006, the only reason I moved out was because I moved to Pearland into a house. I don't know how the complex is now that there are new townhomes all around it, and John is gone. John took care of the place very well. I admit there were people who are paranoid of cockroaches, and that was very disturbing for them. However, it never bothered me, I only remember one or two cockroaches. Anyway, the cool thing was that John really took steps to get my unit cooler, putting up sunscreens on my 4 huge bedroom windows, and I actually rented the space based on the people that would walk in and out of his office to talk w/ him or bring him food. I did know that he was going to sell the place, but didn't know when. My parking was covered, and water was paid, and I rented the W/D for an excellent price. He took care of his clients well, in my opinion. You don't get that personalized service from regular management companies. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
