Not good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002 2 responses   I had lived in it a couple of years ago. The managing team is suspicious, they treated me like bad guy without any reasons. I got a fine of 25$ for late fee just one day late because of the long weekend. When I handed in the monthly payment, she (LaShanda, I still remember her) was counting the checks and still insisting my penalty. At the first moving in (we were hurry to move), the room without AC for 3 days and they did not give me any rent dedection.(think aobut August Houston without AC !). Also, croachs, ants, what you want are all there. After lease expiration, I stepped out and just dont' want to go back. The worst thing was that they also charged me 150$ for not cleaning the house! In fact, i just left some unused stuff over there and the whole process would never cost 150 bucks to clean it since I cleared the room reguarly and likes everything in perfect order.
