Whatever you do, DO NOT LEASE here! The staff is RIDICULOUS, have lack of knowledge about anything, and have an unpleasant attitude!!! Sometimes, paying less in rent is just NOT worth it. I have had problems since I moved in. My car has been repeastedly towed. There have been several break-ins, in both apartments and vehicles. These apartments are deplorable inside and out. When taking a shower, the knobs make so much noise they scare people. There are EXTREMELY large roaches. I have called someout out to fumigate repeatedly, but the roaches are still here. The so-called security guards are an absolute waste. Parking is not well-designed for guests, and is not well lit. The sinks and tubs are peeling. The trash is always sprung everywhere. Of course, a lot of that is due to lazy tenants! The walls are extremely thin. I am able to hear full-fledged conversations at any given time. This place needs a complete 100% renovation. I am glad that I am moving from this place! There are three positives: its pretty quiet, extremely close to the Medical Center, and the rent is inexpensive. But if you have a choice, my suggestion is to keep looking. . . .
