I RATHER RENT A ROOM AT THE SALVATION ARMY THAN MOVE BACK INTO THESE APARTMENTS.IF YOU DECIDE TO MOVE INTO THE OAKS OF CYPRESS STATION THEIR ARE MANY THINGS YOU HAVE TO WATCH OUT FOR. THE MANAGERS DAWN AND SHIRLEY THEY ARE THE MOST EVIL MANAGERS I EVER EXPERIENCED WHILE RENTING AN APARTMENT. ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY FIRST, TOO HELL WITH THE TENANTS THEY COME LAST. ALSO WATCH OUT FOR YOUR POSSESSIONS BECAUSE THEY WILL BREAK INTO YOUR CAR IF GIVEN THE CHANCE.ONE DAY I WAS GETTING READY TO GO TO WORK IN MY WIFES CAR, AND THE CAR WOULDN'T START.COME TO FIND OUT SOMEBODY HAD SUCKED ALL OF THE GAS OUT. LAST BUT NOT LEAST IF YOU NEED SOMETHING FIXED IN YOUR APARTMENT EXPECT TO WAIT AT LEAST 2 WEEKS, BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE AN ACTUAL MAINTENANCE CREW.IT SEEMS AS IF THEY HIRE DAY LABORERS, THE ONES THAT HANG OUT IN FRONT OF HOME DEPOT LOOKING FOR DAY WORK TO COME FIX THINGS. AND WHEN THE GUYS SHOW UP THEY NEVER HAVE A UNIFORM ON TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES. I TRY NOT TO COMPLAIN MUCH BUT THESE GUYS GIVE YOU NO CHOICE. STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!!!!!!

The people who write these reviews are ones who definitely have nothing else to do and obviously have been given delinquent notices in the past. It is the job of the manager to collect the rent as well as take care of the residents needs. You can never make everyone happy but the ones who abide by the rules and take pride in the community and pay the rent on time are still here. The maintenance staff are great and very knowledgeable in their field. We hope this person who wrote this last review has a better day. Stop by the Oaks and meet the wonderful staff we have!!

The response to this former tenant from the Oaks of Cypress Station is what has convienced me not to even look here. It is VERy unprofessional which leads me to believe what the tenant has reviewd of this apartment complex may be very true. Thank you, to the staff memeber who wrote that response, you have solidified my decision.
