Old but well kept. Moved out due to AC problem

Overall -- good complex.
I moved out because I found a much better deal for the same price.
Cons: AC unit did not work properly. Maintenance would come to add Freon on request. Every other week AC was blowing plain air without any cooling effect. Management did not bother replacing AC pipes.
