CONS:Watch your step! You will probably step into cat & dog crap. Most do NOT pick up after their animals. You see the same group of people walking with a dog or two. Allowing their dogs to crap all over the place right outside your door almost daily! Cats' They have quite of few of them that are allowed to roam all over the complex. You see the cats on the roofs, lounging on your back patio, laying on your welcome mat when you come home/go to work, and by the mailbox. If you have an enclosed patio, cats will hop over the enclosure and crap all over your patio, your patio furniture, in front of your outdoor storage door! That's happens all the time AAArrrrghhh!!! Oh why not report it to the leasing office' Well folks the leasing office is full of old ladies(very nice by the way)and guess what'::DRUMROLL:: THEY FEED THE CATS!! They put out food for the cats by the leasing office!! Are you kidding me!'!' Yeah, you can guess I am kinda ticked. If you hate dog & cat crap everywhere you step, skip this place. I went to Petsmart and got the cat/dog repellent spray. Guess what' It works!! BUT(you knew that there would be a "but") It works until it rains then you gotta spray again and again.

PROS:Good price. Good layout. Maintance is average. They get to you in a day or 2 if non emergency. The leasing ladies are very personable and helpful. The parking isn't bad. It's very very very quiet. I love that. Very woodsy with trees all over. Your Neighbors are very polite, people say hello to you. Concerned about car breakins' Don't be. Once the neigbors get to know what vehicles you drive. Most neighbors notice when a car or people are around that we don't recognize. I've had neighbors knock on my door a few times when the parking lot flooded(doesn't happen often, don't concern yourself about flooding)after a few major downpours. My neighbors concern helped me avoid an insurance claim. I was able to move my car in time. It's a diverse community. I like that too. Drama free complex. As for the previous posts about a robbery at gunpoint. That is true. That's not daily life around here. The leasing office immediately notified the tenants. Crime is low here. If you can deal with the cats & dog crap, then this is a good place to live. If, like me, you don't have pets and detest lazy pet owners, lack of management enforcement regarding pet curbing, then skip this place. When my lease is up next year, I will move. 60day move out notice is required here. Be mindful of that. I gave my honest opinion about this place. I hope this helps prospective renters.
