the oaks of woodforest From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   these apartments are horrible. my family moved to these apts when we could not afford rent at our current apts. they are reasonably priced and they are big...but you know what else is big too''' the crime the fires and the fights! we actually lived there for 1 and a half years and then the katrina kids came over an f'ed everything up. fights...loud nigg3r girls all over the place acting like wild monkies. dont think i am racist. there are ------- americans....then there are nigg3rs. always starting trouble making it harder on the name of the actual hard working ------- american. this place keeps the trouble inside cuz its all those people can afford. we had a fire one day. 4 in the morning. i had kids and my hubby with me. the whole thing was ingulfed in flames. the katrina kids were fighting with the houston kids and thought it would be funny to knock a hole in the wall, put clothes in it and set it on fire...hahaha, very funny. no body thought about the people who would get hurt. so the they say ....hey come to the office. we will give you another apt. and like idiots..we did it! so...problems with baybays kids continue. they wont shut up. they act like animals no matter what the time...rude..uncooth..and down right nasty..girls doing dance moves in a very provacative manner. body parts showing and whatnot...guys walking around trying to fight everyone. they are so horrible over there. girls pitside till the early morning hours and their parents dont care!!! and they will get up in your face if you try to ask them to calm their kids down. they are as stupid as the run around looking like. its like a skit outta chappelles show..crack heads running a muck...crawling over everything. even my ac unit outside. they will crawl all over your stuff. then not even 3 weeks later...another fire...some stupid piece of crap left french fries cooking in grease and took off. i joke that she probably left to get ketchup...but thats the thing!!! thats all you can expect over here....stupidity. retardedness.do not move here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dont put your life in hell. there are no maintenance men....and everyone at the office sucks....they cant and wont help you!!! as a matter of fact...they let some one move in the night of the second fire...and everyones water was shut off!!!!! for 2 weeks!!! what the hell are these people thinking'' dont move here. they steal all of your stuff and bother you and act like they are in the right. i have never seen such an atrocity in all my life dont move here
