I'm currently living in these apts and I can say it's a 100% better than the last apts. I live in (THE BENTWORTH!). They're very spacious. I have had a lot of problems with things breaking down but, the maintenance is quick to fix it. We're suppose to have to assigned cover parking spaces but, they haven't marked them yet so no one really knows which space belongs to them but, regardless I always get one of the spaces in front of my door. They keep the laundry facility clean and in working order. There's sometimes a lot of kids hanging around but, not causing any kind of trouble as far as I've seen so far. I haven't seen anyone selling/doing drugs on a daily basis like THE BENTWORTH. Haven't seen people fighting on a daily basis like THE BENTWORTH. They haven't canceled pizza delivery service here because of the delivery drivers getting beat up like it happened at THE BENTWORTH. I believe for the money this is one of the best places left in this area, so far.

Presently, I am a resident at Oaks of Brittany and the entire complex sucks. There's not a day that passes that you don't hear shootings. The washateria had to be boarded up because people were actually shitting in the washing machines. The drugs are everywhere - and the sad thing about it is that the leasing office and management office are aware of it and all they say is : "There's nothing we can do". This is why I'm moving out. There's not one resident that I have spoken to that feels safe. That's why everyone is moving out. It's my understanding that the complex is bankrupt and that why they are allowing pure trash to move in. Would you want to live in a place like this??? HELL NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
