Although the space in the apt is great, I haven't been happy with the management. So far I've talked to 3 or more managers that come & go & no one will resolve the issues. Maintanance used to be quick at coming to fix things but the past 3 months, I've had to fix it myself because they hadn't sent anyone over. Although parking spaces are assigned, I've gotten threatining notices that they'll have my car towed (by someone who needs to learn how to spell) with obscene language. The access gates have worked an estimate of 3 weeks in over a year that I've lived there. So far, I haven't seen any violence but there's a car alarm that goes off almost every night & management has done nothing about it for the past couple of months. I did have an outside chair stolen but no break ins. Some neighbors keep to themselves, while some are a bit loud. The grounds used to be nice & clean but now there's trash thrown around almost every day. I've asked for an exterminator at least 3 times & have had to bomb my apt on several occassions as well. Not sure if it's because the neighbors don't have anything against pests, they don't care, or if it's that the pests are immune to the pesticide. During the summer, the pool is not always clean & most of the time, the lawn chairs were always in there or someone had thrown food or trash in it.
It's a great, spacious, floorplan but, the service hasn't improved and to be honest, they looked alot nicer about a year or so ago. They're not too shabby for the price but can definitely use a touch up.
