I have lived here since October and I have asked repeatedly that a leaky roof be fixed in the room occupied by a small child, this roof still has yet to be fixed. Now the A/C unit leaks off and on and they have only fixed it once. Now the A/C leaks so bad that the carpet is wet, the paint is falling off the ceiling around the A/C unit and it is now leaking downstairs. The ceilings are turning brown because of the water leaks from the upstairs and I pay too much money to be living in such conditions I was told they only have one maintenance man, I am going to report this too . I like the people in the complex but it's the manangement that sucks. They won't come fix anything but they are quick to put you out.

Please Review your Rights as a Renters Tenant Below; Ditto to every response except the one that is Yes. This place is horrible. I am totally insulted with the treatment that I have received here. There are roof problems that the apartment managers have promised to fix and they are steady allowing this place to be run down. No repairs are ever done and there is rumors that the apt mgr is going in to ladies apts without notice even during late hours. This is not acceptable. Times are really hard and I am going to call the City and Apartment Tenant Association and report this place. This is absolutely ridiculous. Oh yeah let's not forget the rodents. Just like we found a way to report this on this review page we should also report this to Apartment Renters Assocation. Please Review Your Rights: Yes we have rights. The manager may not be aware of the problem. If you think a code violation exists you might want to mention that. If the condition is not fixed within a reasonable time, remind the landlord again - IN WRITING. If he still does not respond, then send a letter to the landlord listing all the problems and indicate a copy of the letter (a "cc" under your signature with the name of the third party next to it suffices) is being sent to the Code Enforcement Department. Make sure to send that copy and keep a copy for your records.
