I have read all the bad post here which saddens me! I am really looking forward to moving here. Yes, this is not an A property but come on the rent is only 875 for a 4 bedroom over 1500 sq feet apartment. WOW!! Only 875' Plus it is close to the beltway, I-10, a lot of shopping, walking trails and much more! I have leased apartments for over 10 years. There is no such thing as perfection but I am sure if you are looking for a snobby community where you would pay 2000 or more for the same sq foot then these are not for you. I think way too many people are so quick to write a complaint but not too many take the time be grateful that there are still great rents out there! I am crossing my fingers I am approved, because I would be happy to live in this community! Oh and if you have nothing better to do than complain then maybe you should buy your own house; oh wait your credit may not be good enough for that... never mind!

this is definately someone that works there i agree with the first responder those apartments are the worse i moved in as well because of the spacious apts. but it's not worth all the problems and the danger that comes along with living there so do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live there nothing to be greatful for having a cheap apartment & then worying if your going to get shot!!

No, I do not work there! As I said, I have leased for over 10 years and I no longer lease apartments. I am a full time student at University of Phoenix and I work (not in a leasing office) Please tell me in a big city is anywhere completely safe? I have lived in Sugarland, Woodlands and I own a townhome around hwy 6. I had my car broken into when I lived in Sugarland, I did not blame the Sugarland area though, I blamed myself for leaving my backpack in the back seat in plain sight. You can make anywhere safe or unsafe with how you show off or don??t show off. If you mind your own business then are you going to be bothered? No! Oh and if I worked for the property I would post anonymously and not with a user name!
