Rude office staff, shoddy construction

I have found to office staff to be extremely rude. I was talking about a serious issue and I was laughed at by the staff. The problem was never resolved after 6 complaints in 5 months. If you live here, make sure no one lives above you. The apartments are so poorly built that I feel like I am living in a cardboard box. Nice landscaping does not make up for a rude staff and noise problems.
