Old Farm formerly Crossing at Old Farm and Reserve at Old Farm
AVERAGE RATING

We just moved here a month ago in a 3 story one bedroom on the Reserve side. The place is pretty nice, I feel safer since there's no extra parking around us for people to hang out at. Houston in general makes me not feel safe, but that's a different story. The gate was broken when we moved in, so I told management I wanted it fixed and amazingly enough it was fixed the next day! We hear our neighbors a lot and when any one opens their garage we can hear it loud and clear, but overall this is a good place to live. The management staff is nice, but as soon as we signed our lease...they weren't nice anymore. They weren't rude, just automatically stopped smiling and didn't seem to care. Oh well. All and all, this seems like a good place to live.

This is my second year here at the old farms. This place is really unlike any other place ive lived. They have actually seperated the office. They have a office called Resident Services I think, they only handle our problems...now hows that for service. The girls in the Leasing office are amazingly friendly..(most of the time)there is always a bad apple in every bunch. The resident serv office is awesome!! The maintenance guys always speak to you outside and the guy (i think he's the manager) in the office always has a smile always. He even took my large packeges to my apartment when i had fractured my leg. For such a large community the service is 1st rate
