CAUTION: Please do NOT live here

No thanks to the Paper THIN walls and able to hear LOUD SEXUAL NOISES (disgusting equivalent to a donkey giving birth) past mid-night and still Management does NOTHING (yes--imagine how shocked I am) about the noise or the neighbor as they (Apt. Management are quote afraid to get sued)
God help you if your neighbor is a prostitute like mine is

When resident services called her she told them quote What- Im not allowed to have a guest over' Thus acknowledging its her and still does not stop.

Good luck to a good night sleep (it wont happen here at the Reserve).

Poor construction again the walls in the bedroom are paper thin.

A lot of Rat traffic --PROOF a DEAD Rat was found in my apartment atticstuck up the whole apartment.

The "on-site" courtesy officer/guard must be a GHOST because Ive never seen them.

Lots of break ins at the CROSSING side of Old Farm (so dont be surprised if you get lots of notices on your door about muggings, etc).

Dont even think about moving over there.

Apartment Managements seems to be overly concerned about getting SUED and therefore will side with the rude/ignorant rowdy neighbor and therefore will not take your complaints seriouslyand even pretend to play dumb about the whole situtation. Amazing what more proof do you need when the resident living below this pretator complained about this woman and man and actually moved OUT---as surprise still nothing was done Only to be told by Management 3 months laterthe correct procedure is to have an Police Officer actually stand in my bedroom to witness the loud noise no thanks to the paper thin walls I can here them out in my hall way with my bedroom door closed.

The final slap in my face was when the new Manager Jeremy at Resident Services actually had the audacity (after being there only 2 days on the job) play dumb with me and stated Maybe its not her. Totally disregarding this culprits FILE filled thick with WARNING NOTICES.

Talk about being out of touch.

More amazing that when the resident living below this predator complained to Apt. Management about this woman (still nothing was done) and moved OUT surprise still nothing was done.

In conclusion:
Cant wait until my lease is up!!!!!
Wasted $745.00 a month
Please dont EVER live HERE.

Geez....get the heck out of that crappy place.
Surely, the City of Houston and the State of TX
have some consumer recourse concerning such
incidents. The "managers" of such locations are
typically tied, as they are essentially powerless and they and the owners don't want to
get involved in any neighbor problems unless
they HAVE TO. Therefore, bring this situation up to the various Consumer Advocate sections of
the major TV stations (channels 2, 11, 13, Fox).
Surely, one of them may look into it...Good Luck!....Yellow Tiger......

I live here and do totally agree with you. I had my car broken in to. Car stereo stolen, but it was when there was an empty KMart. The management was excellent for a couple of years. but up until, the most recent property manager, Amanda (I think) comes, everything went down the hill, quick. She does play dumb. Tammy usually acts for her. These people do not provide any customer service. I mean it. They do not try to solve any problem. They just hope that the problems go away.
