I hate that people continue to discount my review as being management. Is it possible that everybody won't have the same experiences as everybody else' I'm sorry, but when I move into an apartment, I don't have to go to the leasing office every day to ask them questions. Things don't break all the time, so I don't have to make 2,000 maintenance request. I just live. Yes, the outside is pretty. Yes, my maintenance requests are handled in a reasonble amount of time. Yes, I feel myself and my home items are safe here. Yes, the location is great. No, there are no evacuees here. Yes, the office staff greets you with a smile and never loses packages (and I get a number of them).

What else do you want to complain about' How many people live in this community' Do you want the leasing office to personally call every one of us and say hello from time to time' Would it help if they came and knocked on your door to check on you every now and then' How about they plan your social life, consult you more about the types of events you want to have here' Ask lots of questions about how they can make your stay better (as if you live in a hotel). Do you want the gate to be a little harder to get into it' More armed security' What would really make you happy' Seems like getting your ass kissed would be a good start. This is a real reviewer and anybody may feel free to email me with any questions. I am a real resident.

When I told the apartment locators where I lived, they always knew just where to set the standard for my apartment search. Old Farm has been commended by most locators I talk to and they even note that they continue to send people here (just ask one)...so the moral of the story is...stop whining and hurry up and move if you hate it that much. I'm only moving because I want more space and a different layout. Those are the only reasons, trust me!

Sorry this review is so long, but I hate to read people dog an apartment that's really such a great place to live.
