Yea, I agree with you. I am surprised when I found out that leasing office will no longer receive any packages starting at this July. I lived in second floor and I don't think the post office person will knock on my door and deliver the packages to 2nd floor. So everytime I have packages or oversized mail that can't fit into my mail box, I have to pick them up in the Post Office and sometimes the post office just forget to leave me a notice on my door or mailbox and I don't know that I have a package. The post office will only keep a package for certain days and after that they will return it to sender. So I have to contact the seller and ask for tracking number to pick up the package or ask the seller to resend the package. Some seller refuse to resend the package and ask for additional shipping cost. I always buy items online and this make a lot of troubles for me.

I have lived at Old Farm for a few years and this is the first I have heard of this. This is such a deal breaker for me now because I always am getting packages. There was never a note on my door about not accepting anymore packages.

Yeah they sent the notice about a month ago. This really sucks b/c I am waiting on my package right now. I have wasted about 2.5 hours waiting. I have a UPS package coming and the UPS office is a nice little ways from here. And I JUST signed my lease so I am stuck until it is up dont sign a lease here :(
