While the property looks great on the outside, the inside is a whole different story - ULTRA CHEAP MATERIALS, extremely shoddy workmanship, and a whole level of carelessness. I'm absolutely shocked at how ghetto the inside of the apts are. I helped somebody move in somewhat recently and was amazed at how cheap this place is. I mean, appliances (oven, fridge, etc.) look like they've been purchased from the flea market - oven had no window, all scraped up you can see the metal,& bottom drawer fell out when opened; fridge rocked back & forth. Also, walls are CRACKING, windows, blinds,& cabinets aren't fitted properly. Fixtures & walls very badly patched. Kitchen sink was leaking water from the garbage disposal that looked like something someone fetched from the trash. Caulking in most areas a complete disaster -either from it being dried out, cracking & yellow or just plain being piled/caked on. Front & garage doors have such a large gap where it bolts that I suspect that there have been numerous break-in attempts. I'm just surprised that they have the nerve to even rent an apt that have signs of break ins, and had chosen not to replace it. In total, if you have other choices that are decent, I would recommend taking those. This place is way too overpriced. For the money that these people are charging, they are DEFINITELY not spending it on fixing these rickity, falling-apart, ghetto-like apts properly!
