We (my roomate and I) moved here over a year and half ago. At first we loved the property, and i do mean LOVED it.
Starting about 8 months ago though things started going downhill and they haven't stopped.
the parking is a nightmare! if you don't pay extra for a reserved spot don't expect to be able to get parking at 6pm (forget about it if you go out) they threaten to tow you when parking in unmarked areas, even though there is not an open spot to be found - and mangement says this is not their problem. (they keep making more 'paid' spots which leaves less open/free spots)
the building are horribly constructed. the noise is UNBEARABLE and management does nothing to remedy the situation. (my neighbors keep us up from 6am to midnight)
they have quit accepting packages- i barely have time to make dinner, who has time to go to the post office to get any mail larger than an envelope'
the whole complex has become increasingly ghetto and unsafe feeling, we used to be able to walk to our cars alone at night without being scared...now we wouldn't dare.
for what you pay, go somewhere else!
