The management is not very helpful and the maintenance staff takes a while to get to your issues.
I had stuff dripping in my shower and it took them a week to get there.
When my heat was not working they did not seem to think it was important event though it was freezing temperatures that night.

Parking is horrible if you get home late. There are also not very many lights to see where you are going or if someone is hiding out. The gate is often left open.
