Been Here 5 years From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007 1 response   Sure enough, we don't have anything else to compare to in Houston. I lived here since I moved to Texas 5 years ago. We decided to move out this week just to see something different. Here are a few positive comments though: * Swimming pools are the best part. So far we haven't seen a nicer pool in Houston than the one in the Crossing. * Landscaping is gorgeous! Again 5-star. * Interior is nice in general (arches etc). Negative comments: * Management is a big negative: rude and fake. * Parking is horrible, especially with the greedy covered parking spots scheme. * Very poor carpet. All in all I think Old Farm is a good value. Just for the pool and landscaping I do recommend it to others.
